Automated standards mapping, gap detection, and multi-market certification planning
The AI Agent holds a continuously updated knowledge base of UL 8750, UL 1598, IEC 62386, EN 55015, RoHS, REACH, and 20+ regional standards. When you describe your product or upload its datasheet, the agent maps every applicable clause to your specific LED driver topology, wattage class, and target market — eliminating the need to manually cross-reference hundreds of pages of standards text.
Upload a lab test report (PDF or image) and the AI reads every measurement table, pass/fail verdict, and clause reference. It flags marginal results that are within 10% of a limit, identifies missing test items for your declared markets, and generates a gap summary with the exact clause numbers that need attention before re-submission — saving days of manual review.
Select the countries where your LED product will be sold and the AI Agent instantly cross-references mandatory certifications (UL/cUL for North America, CE + UKCA for Europe, CCC for China, PSE for Japan, KC for South Korea) against your product category. It produces a market-entry checklist, estimated lab timelines, and a cost-range estimate — all in one automated workflow.
Navigate to the Document AI Review → Analysis tab, upload a photo of your product, schematic, or failed component, and the AI Agent performs a visual inspection in seconds. No special file format is required — a clear smartphone photo is sufficient for most analyses.
Photograph your assembled LED luminaire, driver module, or PCB and upload it in the Analysis tab. The AI reads visible component markings, identifies capacitor voltage ratings, transformer construction, and creepage distances from the image. It then maps what it sees to the applicable UL or IEC clause and flags any visible non-conformances — such as insufficient clearance between mains and SELV circuits, missing thermal fuses, or unmarked safety-critical components.
Upload your circuit schematic, block diagram, or Gerber file. The AI traces the power path from mains input to LED load, identifies isolation barriers, and checks whether the design meets the creepage and clearance requirements of IEC 62368-1 Table 14 or UL 8750 Section 8. It highlights nets where a single-fault condition could energise a user-accessible surface and suggests specific component changes — such as increasing the isolation capacitor voltage rating or adding a transient voltage suppressor.
After a test failure or field return, photograph the damaged component, burn mark, or failed PCB trace and upload it in the Analysis tab. The AI cross-references the visual evidence with the test clause that failed, the stress conditions applied during the test, and known failure modes for that component family. It produces a structured root cause report — identifying whether the failure was caused by thermal overstress, dielectric breakdown, ESD damage, or a PCB layout issue — and recommends the minimum design change needed to pass re-test.
Upload a photo of your product label or a spreadsheet of your bill of materials. The AI checks that all required markings are present (rated voltage, frequency, power, certification marks, country of origin), verifies that listed components carry the correct safety ratings for their position in the circuit, and flags any restricted substances that may violate RoHS or REACH thresholds in your target markets.
LED Driver PCB
Burn mark near MOSFET Q3
Failed UL 8750 Clause 8.1 — Abnormal test
Root Cause Identified
Insufficient thermal relief on MOSFET Q3 pad. Copper pour area is 40% below IPC-2221 recommendation for the rated current (2.1A).
Failed Clause
UL 8750 Clause 8.1 — Abnormal condition test (single-fault short circuit)
Recommended Fixes
Increase copper pour to 15mm² minimum around Q3
Add thermal vias (0.3mm, 6 count) under MOSFET pad
Replace Q3 with IRFB4110PBF (lower Rds-on, higher thermal rating)
